The Lip Bar - Liquid Matte Edition

I hope all is well on this glorious #FemaleOwnedFriday!

And if it isn't...well, hopefully these beeeautiful shades from the Lip Bar can cheer you up like they do me!

Honestly, you can never go wrong with one of the most fabulous black-woman owned brands there is. These shades are so pigmented and the formula is so creamy yet so MATTE. Annnd, they're based in the D!? I'm truly obsessed.

Here's a peek at my current collection! Don't worry, I plan on having the entire line in my possession SOON, but for now, enjoy these six amazing shades!

FIRST THINGS FIRST: Moisturized lip with Straight No Chaser liner!

**Pro Tip: ALWAYS moisturize and line your lips before applying lipstick to give your lips that defined shape and to make that color POP.

1) Playmate Liquid Matte - A stunning and vibrant hot pink. Definitely a showstopper!

2) Hot Mama Liquid Matte - A bright red that will light up any room it enters. The name is spot on with the vibes you feel in this lippie ;)

3) Drama Queen Liquid Matte - I meaaannn...can the name be anymore perfect!? This deep plum gives off the most dramatic, sultry vibe. On a night out, you can't lose.

4) Bawse Lady Liquid Matte - Okay. Is it wrong to compare this shade to the Blood of Jesus??? Because it's really just that perfect?? Literally. If you don't listen to ANYTHING else I say, you NEED this red lip in your life. Okay? Report back and let me know how much it blessed you.

5) Know It All Liquid Matte - For your day to day, Know It All is gorgeous mauve that will having you feeling like a queen the entire day.

6) Man Eater Liquid Matte - Last but certainly not least, EVERYONE needs a good nude and Man Eater is definitely it. My suggestion is to definitely line it as much and as dark as necessary to achieve your desired look.
